Ride the Sunset Cruise
One of the best rides in Huntsville because it offers a safe and fun way to pedal through neighborhoods and greenways. During the ride, you may just get to snap a pic of the Tennessee River and hopefully while the sun is setting.

This is a NRLB cruise and we average 14mph with two distances (18 or 25 miles) for novices and beginners. Many of the participates help encourage and offer cycling advice. Helmets, lights, and hydration are required. And while we love to see all sorts of bikes on this ride —bikes with smooth tread are recommended.
The Sunset Cruise begins and ends at Sunset Bicycles, Huntsville’s most loved and most experienced bike shop.
Start times adjust due to daylight. In April, we roll out at 5:30pm and in May we begin at 6pm. Toward the end of the season we adjust in a similar way. Last ride of the season is planned for September 24. Please follow our social media for ride updates and weather cancelations.
